Chill Om is a licensed cafe and lounge on Koh Samui, open to everyone 20 and over. Come for the specialty coffee, stay for the calm, and speak with our on-site practitioner about medical cannabis when you are ready.
The space has good light, natural materials, and no pressure. A licensed medical cannabis dispensary operating under Thai Ministry of Public Health regulations. Prescriptions issued on-site by our registered practitioner.

If appropriate, a PT 33 prescription is issued - valid up to 30 days, tied to Chill Om as your dispensary.

About · Our Story
A grounded sanctuary, built around care.
Koh Samui attracts a particular kind of person. Someone who already decided that life is too short for the ordinary. They come for the ocean, the pace, the quiet understanding that this island operates on different rules.
Medical cannabis has always been part of the island's story. But the spaces around it? Embarrassing. Bright neon dispensaries designed to extract maximum spend per tourist. Overpriced, under-cleaned, zero atmosphere. Or nothing at all.
We wanted something else entirely. A room with natural materials - wood, stone, rattan. Staff who know the product without being preachy. Coffee worth ordering twice. Prices that don't change based on your accent.
We are a host, not a dealer. The feel is a friend's living room with good light and honest prices - not a dispensary that smells like corporate wellness.
The name comes from the chillum - the ancient Indian clay pipe, one of the oldest cannabis tools on earth. Used in ritual and community for centuries. We named the place after it to honour what cannabis consumption was always supposed to be: deliberate, communal, grounded.

Chillum Culture of India
An ancient tool. A timeless ritual.
The chillum is a straight, conical clay pipe from the Indian subcontinent. For centuries it has been used by Shaivite sadhus - Hindu ascetics devoted to Shiva - as part of meditative and devotional practice. The act was never casual; it was communal, intentional, and sacred.
We named our sanctuary after this tool not to appropriate its spirituality, but to honour its spirit: that cannabis, approached with intention and in good company, has always been more than recreation. It is a way of arriving.

A small stone placed inside the bowl to prevent ash inhalation.
