Chill Om Samui is operated by Refers Club Co., Ltd., licensed under the Thai Ministry of Public Health to operate as a medical cannabis dispensary.
Age restriction
You must be 20 years of age or older to enter our premises or purchase any cannabis product. By using this website, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Valid identification may be requested at our physical location.
Medical prescription requirement
All cannabis purchases require a valid medical prescription, in accordance with Thai law. Our on-site practitioner provides prescription consultations professionally during operating hours. Walk-ins are welcome, no appointment is necessary.
Product restrictions
Cannabis products are not for sale to:
- Anyone under the age of 20
- Pregnant women
- Breastfeeding women
Consumption advisory
Do not drive or operate machinery after consuming cannabis products. Effects may vary depending on the strain, dosage, and individual tolerance. Start with small amounts if you are a new or infrequent consumer.
The cafe and lounge
Chill Om operates a licensed cafe and bar, open to everyone 20 and over. Cannabis is dispensed for medical use following a consultation with our on-site practitioner, and consumed in accordance with Thai law. There is no cover charge, membership fee, or minimum spend to use the cafe.

Chill Om Samui and Refers Club Co., Ltd. are not liable for any adverse effects resulting from cannabis consumption. All products are consumed at the customer's own risk. We recommend consulting with our on-site practitioner before purchase.
