Chill Om Samui is operated by Refers Club Co., Ltd., a licensed medical cannabis dispensary located at 67/21 Moo 4, Bangrak Beach Rd, Bo Phut, Koh Samui, Surat Thani 84320, Thailand.

Data we collect

We collect minimal data, limited to:

• Contact form submissions - name, email address, phone number where you give one, country where you give one, the reason you select for contacting us, and your message content, when you voluntarily reach out to us. We ask for country only because it helps us reply in the right language and understand whether prescription-eligibility questions apply - it is never required.
• Age verification - a session-level acknowledgement (stored in sessionStorage, not persisted) confirming you are 20 years or older.

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. The only client-side storage is sessionStorage for the age gate, which is automatically cleared when you close your browser.

No online sales

This website is for informational purposes only. All cannabis products are sold exclusively at our licensed physical location. We do not process payments, collect financial information, or conduct any transactions through this website.

How we use your data

Contact form data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
