Who we are

Chillom Samui is operated by Reefers Club Co., Ltd., a licensed medical cannabis dispensary located at 67/21 Moo 4, Bangrak Beach Rd, Bo Phut, Koh Samui, Surat Thani 84320, Thailand.

Data we collect

We collect minimal data, limited to:

• Contact form submissions - name, email address, phone number where you give one, country where you give one, the reason you select for contacting us, and your message content, when you voluntarily reach out to us. We ask for country only because it helps us reply in the right language and understand whether prescription-eligibility questions apply - it is never required.
• Age verification - a session-level acknowledgement (stored in sessionStorage, not persisted) confirming you are 20 years or older.
• Website analytics - only if you accept analytics cookies. See "Analytics and cookies" below.

Apart from the analytics cookies described under "Analytics and cookies" below, which are set only if you accept, the only client-side storage is sessionStorage for the age gate, which is automatically cleared when you close your browser, and a record of your cookie choice in your browser's localStorage so that we do not ask you again on every visit.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website and to improve our content. It is switched on only after you choose Accept on the cookie banner. If you choose Decline, or make no choice, Google Analytics does not load and no analytics cookies are set.

If you accept, Google Analytics collects:

• the pages you view
• your approximate location, at city level
• your device and browser type
• which contact links you click (phone, directions, LINE and Instagram)
• whether you submit the contact form and the reason you select in it, but never the name, email address, phone number, country or message you type

We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Google acts as our processor for this data. How Google handles personal data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Your analytics data may be transferred outside Thailand to Google's servers.

Reefers Club Co., Ltd. is the data controller for this analytics data.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. Choose "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page and then Decline, which also removes the analytics cookies this site set in your browser. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.

No online sales

This website is for informational purposes only. All cannabis products are sold exclusively at our licensed physical location. We do not process payments, collect financial information, or conduct any transactions through this website.

How we use your data

Contact form data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

PDPA Compliance

We operate in compliance with the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), B.E. 2562 (2019). You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent at any time.
