Chill Om Samui is a licensed medical cannabis dispensary operated by Refers Club Co., Ltd. under the regulations of the Thai Ministry of Public Health.

Cannabis flower is classified as a controlled herb under the Protection and Promotion of Thai Traditional Medicine Knowledge Act B.E. 2542. All dispensing at Chill Om operates within this framework and in accordance with Ministerial Regulation No. 2 B.E. 2569 (April 2026).

Prescription requirement

Under Thai law, all cannabis sales require a valid medical prescription. We provide on-site prescription consultations with a licensed practitioner during our operating hours. The process is professional and available to all eligible adults.

Product sourcing

All cannabis flower and flower-based products are sourced from licensed Thai farms. Products are tested for quality and potency. We maintain full traceability from farm to shelf.

Sale restrictions

Cannabis products are not for sale to:

• Anyone under the age of 20
• Pregnant women
• Breastfeeding women

Valid identification may be requested. Our staff are trained to verify eligibility and refuse sale where required by law.

Consumption safety

• Do not drive or operate machinery after consuming cannabis.
• Start with small amounts if you are a new or infrequent consumer.
• Effects vary by strain, dosage, and individual tolerance.
• Consult with our on-site practitioner if you have questions about suitability.

No export

All cannabis products sold at Chill Om Samui are for consumption within Thailand only. It is illegal to export cannabis products from Thailand. We do not offer delivery, shipping, or any form of distribution outside our physical premises.

Cross-border transport of cannabis is treated as drug trafficking under Thai law, regardless of whether you hold a valid prescription.

Equipment

Equipment used within the dispensary is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between uses. We maintain strict hygiene standards.
